It’s time once again for one of Roswell and Chaves County’s favorite events! The Chile Cheese Festival! This year, the event will take place September. Who’s ready to smell the wonderful aroma of fresh roasted chiles as it permeates the air in downtown Roswell? You can purchase all sorts of fresh fruits and vegetables, crafts, collectibles and of course the beautiful red ristras from Graves Farm!
