Compassion for Animals Respect for the Environment (CARE) is a nonprofit, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization based in West Chester, the legal hub of Chester County, Pennsylvania. CARE serves Chester and surrounding counties with education, outreach, and legal advocacy on behalf of the Earth's ecology and all of its living communities.
