Born out of our love of fine wines and cheeses, Chateau Bu-De vineyard & winery has become the premiere location for fine wines. After traveling the world and sampling different wines, we decided to make our way back to the US and craft the finest wines right here on the Eastern shore of Maryland.

Our biggest challenge was finding perfect, high-quality grapes for world class wines. Hence, our vineyard was established. We are dedicated to offering only the finest wines. We have also taken great care in assembling a fabulous team of winemaker's, vintners and employees. 

Our family-owned & women operated vineyard & winery is located on 440 acres a top the Bohemia River & Scenic Byway 213 in Chesapeake City, Maryland. The original site of Augustine Herrman's historical Bohemia Manor Farm. Augustine Herrman was the founder of Bohemia Manor and the first Lord of the manor.
