Charbay  Winery & Distillery remains an independent family business owned by Miles and Susan Karakasevic. They work side by side with their son Marko & his wife, Jenni, to carry on the inherited artisan traditions.This is the only winery/distillery in the Napa area.It is  a gem of a winery well worth visiting.In 1983, Miles & Susan Karakasevic started Charbay to establish a quality & style that most winemakers/distillers only dream of. Marko, their son, is generation 13 to carry on the family heritage. CHARBAY exists to create the most unique wines, spirits, and derivative products known to man. To make them, we will go to the ends of the earth to source the fruits, roots, and exotic botanicals that provide the flavors that become CHARBAY. Visits to the "Still on the Hill" are available Daily, Appointment encouraged, visits are approximately an hour in length.
