Chaparral Family Health Center

Chaparral Family Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services for the residents of Chaparral, New Mexico. The Center provides the following types of care: primary care for children and adults; immunizations for children and adults; chronic illness care for illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma; acute illness care; preventive medicine; family planning; breast and cervical cancer screening; prescriptions; health education; laboratory services; and health screenings.
