Celebration of the Arts Festival

The 37th Annual Celebration of the Arts (COA) Festival being held at the brand new Bush Convention Center Midland, Texas. COA is the longest running, annual event held in downtown Midland! COA has a strong reputation locally – with community support year after year – and draws out of town visitors. Fine Art is the centerpiece of the festival. COA hosts local entertainers, non-profit organizations, children's activities, regional writers, food, and special events throughout the weekend.
