Cecil Park has three pavilions residents and non-residents may rent.
All Cecil Park pavilions have water and electric.
Pavilion #1, located by the playground
Pavilion #2, located in the middle of the park, ball fields
Pavilion #3, located across the bridge by the tennis courts
