CCMH Medical Clinic – City Center offers care to those from all age groups from newborns to seasoned citizens. With one Board certified physician and two mid-level practitioners, City Center can provide primary care as well as obstetrics and general surgery. Owned by Crawford County Memorial Hospital, City Center is a Medicare and Medicaid provider-based rural health clinic.
