The Castile Cider Mill is a landmark historic site in Western New York that has been serving the region since 1945. Minutes away from picturesque Letchworth State Park, we are a family-owned and operated business. Our fresh apple cider is cold pressed on the premises, and our famous old-fashioned apple cider fry cakes (donuts) are made fresh daily. We offer locally sourced fall produce from our orchard and vineyard as well as other delicious items from the region.
