Mission:

The mission of the Casper Children's Theatre is to teach children life skills through stage skills. We offer theatre classes to children between the ages of 4 and 18. The Casper Children's Theatre began in 1993 as a single theatre class for youth in conjunction with the Casper Recreation Center. In the Fall of 2001, Casper Children's Theatre moved into our current location at the Commissary Mall in Downtown Casper. Through the support and hard work of our patrons, local businesses and foundations, volunteers, and students, the over 6,000 square foot space was transformed into an intimate theatre designed just for young people. The program has expanded to feature year-round children's theatre classes which culminate in performances, a special event, a melodrama with both youth and adult performers and a program which brings theatre into the schools. Overall, the Casper Children's Theatre touches over 10,000 children and adults in Natrona County each year.
