Carrboro Cybrary Branch Library

100 North Greensboro Street
Carrboro, NC 27510

The Cybrary is a branch of Orange County Public Libraries, a member of Hyconeechee Regional Library System. We offer computer and internet access, wireless internet access, bestsellers, audio books, magazines, and newspapers. We also have a paperback and books on tape exchange and copy and fax machines.

The Cybrary offers a number of programs to promote reading in Carrboro. We have monthly book discussion groups on contemporary fiction and new movie releases that are based on books. The non-fiction discussion group meets quarterly. We also offer community book forum events in partnership with Carrboro Recreation and Parks.

The Cybrary is a great place to start for internet research. We subscribe to NC LIVE, a collection of popular internet databases used for research and recreation. We also offer many useful links in the reference section of our website and on our page.

The Cybrary also offers free computer classes in partnership with UNC-Chapel Hill. These classes are taught Wednesday nights at 7pm in most months of the year. Check our website for the current schedule.
