The newest addition to Carey Park, the skateboard park is a great place for everyone on skateboards, bmx bikes and roller blades to test their skills. This park is open from 5am to midnight with lots of seating for spectators. This facility is lighted and fenced to allow skaters to enjoy the park until midnight. This park has lots of amenities - drinking fountain and a restroom close by. The skate park is a hub of activity and sometimes you can enjoy local bands playing at the park. This facility is not supervised, so skating is at your own risk, safety gear is strongly recommended to provide suitable protection in the event of falls or collisions.
