Capitan Public Library and it's volunteer staff inspire personal growth by providing the community with free, open, and equal access to the most comprehensive resources available.

Goals

Provide a well equipped library that is safe, secure and technically up to date. Expand programs for both children and adults. Renovate and expand current facilities. Provide space for community groups.
