At Burgess, we know that good health starts with wellness and preventive care. That’s why we offer annual exams, vaccinations, school and work physicals, DOT physicals, well-child visits, chronic illness management, health education and more.

Monday: 8am - 12pm, 1pm - 5pm
Tuesday: 8am - 12pm
Wednesday: 7am - 12pm, 1pm - 4pm
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 1pm - 5pm
