Buffalo Pumpkin Patch

Established in 1864, the Kautz family farm has been home to the Buffalo Pumpkin Farm since 1999. Many people still remember when the hills of this beautiful homestead were full of apple orchards, draft horses, and dairy cows.

Pumpkin Bob Kautz loves sharing the land his family has farmed for generations with young people. Getting children out on the farm has been his inspiration to provide this scenic environment for families to make lasting fall memories. Ask him about how he used to drive the team of horses with his father through the apple orchards!

We have so many activities to choose from. Hayrack rides, a sorghum maze, straw castle, kids train, pony rides, face painting, and more! See the Activities page for a full listing and prices. We also have a full concession stand with plenty of snacks and refreshments to keep you going. Sno Cones, Pumpkin Spice cappuccino, all beef hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, walking tacos... there's something for everyone.
