About:

Brownsville BeerFest is a 501 (c) (3), non-profit organization, created in 2013 by a group of Brownsville residents that shared a common vision and commitment to promote their beloved city by producing a quality of life event for its community and its neighboring cities in the Rio Grande Valley and northern Mexico.

Brownsville BeerFest’s primary goal is to offer a unique festival experience focused around one of the most popular beverages known to man. Guests can enjoy a multitude of beer sampling from different corners of the world ranging from craft to specialty brews to traditional favorites. Coupled with great food and top live entertainment, Brownsville BeerFest has become the most prominent and biggest beer festival in south Texas. It features great attractions including the popular Beer Games and is home to the “Longest Bar in Texas”, a 121 ft. rustic wooden bar considered the longest wooden bar in the entire state…and we know everything’s Big in Texas!
