The Literacy program's mission is to provide basic literacy and ESL instruction for all ages which is free, effective and confidential and builds a foundation to enhance the individual's personal dignity and quality of life.

Vision Statement:
The Literacy Program is the resource for mobilizing volunteers to meet the literacy and ESL needs of low level readers throughout Box Elder County.
