Blue Skye is about quality craft beer, wood fired pizza and community. Owner Monte Shadwick envisioned a pub on historic Santa Fe Avenue that is unique to the area - a place where your name and preferences are known. He has assembled a local team including brewers Josh Foley and John Goertzen, to bring his dream to life.
