Provide us with a copy of your dog's up-to-date vaccinations including Distemper, Parvo, Bordatella, and Rabies and a copy of your dog's registration documents-city tag. Membership to the Blue Island Park District Bark Park is for the calendar year (April-April). A key is required to enter the Bark Park.
