Mission:

To make readily available library materials and information services in a cost-effective manner, proportionate to the levels of demand and use, and to provide access  to resources outside the library system. The library serves as a learning, educational, leisure-time reading, and information center for residents of Trinity County and surrounding communities and promotes and encourages lifelong learning and a joy of reading.
