If you are looking for bold flavorful wines intended to accompany fine food, look no further. Blackthorn Mountain Winery is an artisanal winery located in Black Diamond, WA. Started in 2005 by Alistair and Sally Sloley, Blackthorn Mountain Winery specializes in the limited bottling of handcrafted wines. Their wines are created using old world techniques, including sustained maceration and extended lies aging. Reds and whites are aged in neutral oak.
