Birch's on the Lake Brewhouse & Supperclub combines the comfort of a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an experimental American-style brewery, all overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Long Lake.

Chef-Proprietor Burton Joseph and Brewmaster Brennan Greene have teamed up to create a brewhouse and supperclub to satisfy every customer. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal.
