Mission:

The mission of the Big Rapids Community Library is to provide quality information to the entire community and assure equal access to all materials. We support freedom of access to the broadest spectrum of ideas. We create a welcoming environment with a friendly, competent staff and introduce children and adults to the joys and rewards of reading and using the public library. We use appropriate technologies and provide new resources to meet changing community needs.
