Bellevue Festival of the Arts

Bellevue, WA 98004

The Bellevue Festival of the Arts is a juried arts and crafts fair produced and sponsored by the Craft Cooperative of the Northwest. Our mission is to provide a supportive and equitable venue for artists and to donate all proceeds to local and global charities. Formerly called the "Rest of the Best Fest", we were founded in 1984 by Steve King and other craftspeople as an alternative to the Pacific Northwest Arts and Crafts fair. Landlords and merchants collaborated with the artists and craftspeople and donated the proceeds to local charities. A non-profit cooperative was formed (CCNW) and has continued for 31 years with support from artists, local businesses, the Bellevue Christian School and the community at large.
