Proud to be the only German brewery in the Rocky Mountains specializing in authentic Bavarian beer ("Bayern" means Bavaria in Germany), Bayern Brewing offers traditional German beer styles, using traditional German brewing techniques, German brewing equipment, with oversight from two German Master Brewers, and in strict accordance with the 1516 German Law of Purity (Reinheitsgebot). Established in 1987 in Missoula, MT, it is the oldest microbrewery operating in Montana. The education, experience and dedication of the Bayern Brew Crew combine to produce amazing beer.
