Barry Goldwater High School

History

Barry Goldwater High School is a comprehensive high school offering a variety of programs and services to students and their families in northwest Phoenix. The school serves a student population of approximately 2,600 with a staff of 100 teachers, five counselors, and four administrators.

The mission of Barry Goldwater High School is to educate all students. Staff, family and community will empower all students to achieve personal, social, and academic essential skills.

Barry Goldwater High School is student centered with a community of students, teachers, support staff, parents, business leaders and administrators who have embarked on the process of redefining secondary education. Through these efforts the staff envisions a learning environment that offers an enriched integrated curriculum, technology and standards that will prepare students for the future.
