Barry County Historical Society does not operate a museum, but does work to preserve local history. It meets on the first Tuesday of the month at the Elks Lodge, 102 E. Woodlawn Avenue in Hastings to listen to guest speakers. For "Spring into the Past" weekend, the Village of Middleville invites visitors to their 1902 Michigan Central Railway Depot at 125 Railroad Street in Middleville. It is exactly as it was built and will have local history displays. See us on Facebook at Barry County Historical Society.
