The City of Parkland opened the City's first dog park, Barkland, on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Barkland is just over two (2) acres in size and has separate areas for large and small dogs, a dog washing station, water fountains for pets and their owners, covered pavilions, walking trails, benches and picnic tables. Barkland sponsorship opportunities are still available for individuals and businesses.
Hours
Opens 7:00 AM until Daylight Savings Time. Open 7:30 AM during Daylight Saving Times. Park closes as Sunset.
