This 15.3 acre park was purchased in 1975 and developed in 1976 with grants from the U.S. Department of Interior. This park features 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, playground, parking and a .4 mile trail.

Upper Banner recently received a facelift including a new playground and park shelter to compliment the recently completed improvements to the tennis courts and new pickleball courts.
