Aunt Martha's West Joliet Community Health Center

The West Joliet Community Health Center, which opened in Decemeber 2012, represents a partnership between Aunt Martha's and Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. 

The services available at the clinic include primary care, pediatrics and women's health (OB/GYN). 

Aunt Martha's is located inside the hospital (333 N. Madison St., Joliet) in Suite 150. Use the Hospital's outpatient entrance and the front desk staff will direct you to the health center.
