Our Mission
The mission is to provide a fun and exciting place whereby families and friends can enjoy a hobby together while forming personal bonds on numerous different levels. Our goal is to foster that family atmosphere through high moral standards, and events inside and outside of motorsports that entire families can enjoy. We will provide a place that spouses and children can enjoy like a country club, while the other member(s) of the family are on the course.
A second part of our mission is to grow the younger generation of drivers into the professional drivers of tomorrow.
A third part of our mission statement is to serve the community through events not related to driving such as charity events and open course days in the evening for walking on the course or riding bicycles. Finally, the last part of our mission is to offer service to our clients at the highest level. An internal goal of our company is to grow future leaders and foster a work-life balance for our team. We will strive to provide:
- Ritz Carlton level of service
- High standard of excellence in all areas of the course, operations, driving school, corporate events, and spectator events
- No tolerance for unsafe driving
- Family atmosphere that allows the spouses and children of the driver to enjoy the motorsports park
- "Servant" leadership
- High moral and ethical values
- Country club style facilities and amenities
- Cross train employees to mitigate risk and to promote awareness/knowledge of each area, as well as to propagate better processes and new ideas from the team
- All employees will be instructed to never say "I don't know" to a customer; rather they must respond by stating, "follow me and I will find out" if they do not have the answer
