Located next to the beautiful Rum River and Rum River North Park, the St. Francis Library is a gem. Opened May 1980, the library has become a vibrant part of the community offering programming for all ages, Wi-Fi, wireless printing, Internet access, comfortable nooks for reading and working, and a Play Matters children's area. The library offers a relaxed environment for patrons of all ages.
