Ammonoosuc Community Health Services - Woodsville

On October 1st, 2007, Dr. Aaron Solnit, Dr. Loren Solnit, Ally Noble, APRN, Dr. Sarah Young-XU, Clinical Psychologist Doug Speck and the staff of The Cottage Hospital Health Services joined the family of Ammonoosuc Community Health Services care delivery sites. It continues to operate in the same location directly across the street from Cottage Hospital. Patient access to affordable primary preventive health services was expanded through this partnership between ACHS and Cottage Hospital in Woodsville. This transition of services to ACHS provides patients with a medical home that enhances the integration of medical, behavioral, and oral health. Patients have increased access to the support services ACHS offers as well as access to ACHS' sliding-fee scale and pharmacy assistance programs for those who qualify.
