Amistad Community Health Center is your community primary health care center- providing affordable, quality health care services. Our center offers affordable primary care and pediatric programs that include medical services, a sliding fee scale based on family size and income, and prescription assistance.

We accept all types of Medicaid, Medicare, and several private insurance plans. For those patients without health insurance coverage, we offer a sliding fee scale based on Federally established family size and income guidelines to determine the cost of services provided. Patients without health insurance coverage must provide proof of income and photo identification.
