About Us:
Devon Kreps and Justin Stange held the grand opening of 7venth Sun on January 7, 2012. Devon graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Fermentation Science. She brewed at Anheuser-Busch, leaving to become Production Manager at Sweetwater Brewing in Atlanta. Justin brewed at Sweetwater and Cigar City in Tampa. The bartenders are all cicerone certified beer servers offering on-the-spot beer-schooling and tours.

Belgian-style beer, IPAs, spirit barrel-aged beer, oak-aged sour beer.

A tiny storefront location, a four and a half barrel system, patience to work in a tight space and the ingenuity to make it happen.
