The 38th annual Art Under the Elms is a three-day art/artisan fair presented by Lewis-Clark State College’s Center for Arts & History, a nonprofit organization focused on engaging audiences through the arts and humanities.
Race is a DOUBLE out-and-back starting at Kiwanis Park, going north, around the Sacajawea Monument at the confluence, heading south, looping around the "key hole" at the southway boatramp (near bathroom), then returning to finish at Kiwanis Park.
