You're Invited! Come Celebrate Hispanic Cultural Month at the New AARP FitLot Outdoor Park!

We’re putting the fun into functional fitness! Join AARP Idaho and Nampa Parks and Recreation for an outdoor movement and health event at the AARP FitLot in Maple Grove Park celebrating Hispanic Cultural Month. There will be a food truck and complimentary lunch tickets for all registered participants. Find new ways to get fit while you enjoy hands on instruction on how to use the new equipment including circuit training. This event is designed for all ages and abilities. Bring a friend!

When: Wednesday, September 21
Event Time: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Fitness demonstrations held on the half hour.
Where: Lakeview Park (Maple Grove side), located on 16th Ave and Garrity Blvd. in Nampa
