Your FEMA Questions Answered

Posted on 09/30/21

AARP Louisiana recently sponsored a series of virtual Town Halls in collaboration with The Advocate, to discuss aid for those impacted by Hurricane Ida. The first event featured FEMA representatives who answered viewer's most pressing questions like how to navigate FEMA, what to do if your application is denied, and how to determine if you are eligible for assistance. The second event featured U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, who answered questions about federal hurricane aid. You can check out both events below.
