Yavapai Passport to Healthy Living - Let's get moving!

Posted on 06/07/23

AARP Arizona is proud to present the AARP Yavapai Passport to Healthy Living program. People who stay physically and mentally active tend to live longer, healthier lives.

That simple concept inspired AARP in Yavapai county to launch its free Passport to Healthy Living program this year. Activities run the gamut from hiking and biking to doing yoga at home. All passport events are free.

Participants earn stamps for their passports, and those who collect at all five stamps can celebrate their efforts at AARP’s Yavapai celebration scheduled for November. Stamps can be earned either in person or online. If you join us at an online event simply log your participation in our online participant survey and consider your passport digitally stamped.

Throughout the year, AARP will host events and activities to get you Get Outdoors, Get Informed, Get Moving, Get Connected, and Get Involved. Pick up a passport at any of our local events! Register at: https://events.aarp.org/d/h0q787/ to participate in the passport program. Get a stamp in all five categories and you’ll be invited to our end of year celebration!

The passports are free to the public.
