Workout with AARP at the FitLot Outdoor Fitness Park in Kansas City
In 2022, AARP held an amazing grand opening of the AARP Missouri FitLot free outdoor fitness park in Kansas City!
Over the last two years, countless people have visited and utilized the equipment and enjoyed the incredible benefits of exercise!
And now, AARP is taking things to the next level by working with KC Parks and Rec to offer free weekly workout sessions at the park. Representatives will be present to assist you in getting to know the equipment and tips for using it safely and efficiently!
Our next session is on October 24th and we will be there from 10:00 -11:00 AM. Additional dates are October 31st and November 7th. The park is located at the Mary Williams-Neal Community Center, 3801 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64130. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to get fit and have fun!
