Posted on 03/22/18 by Jamie Bulen

Manchester’s Parks and Recreation Department has released the spring dates for 2018’s “ Walk for your Health” program.  This walking group is open to people of all ages who want to get out in the fresh air, exercise and meet new friends!

This spring series will run from Monday, April 16 through Friday, June 22, with walks taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 AM at a variety of locations.

AARP will be present at the first walk of each month, handing out treats and providing information on local programs and events!
