AARP Utah is creating volunteer service teams for residents who want to give back to their communities.

Service projects will include helping at food banks, tutoring in local schools and cleaning up parks. AARP Utah, which will work with organizations and areas that need volunteers, is also seeking ideas from members about needs and projects in their own communities.

Interested in joining AARP Utah’s volunteer service teams or providing suggestions for a service project? Contact Jill Duke, AARP community outreach director, at jduke@aarp.org.
