Volunteer to Help Improve the Lives of Older Kansans

Posted on 04/30/22 by The AARP Bulletin

AARP Kansas is seeking volunteers to support a variety of issues and programs important to older Kansans.

Volunteers receive training and support to help them advocate at the local and state levels on issues such as affordable utilities, quality health care and financial security. Involvement can include meeting with lawmakers, representing AARP at public meetings and posting on social media.

AARP Kansas also needs volunteers to serve on its Executive Council and Diversity Council.
