Virtual Yoga series extended

Join AARP Kentucky and yoga instructor Cathy as we stay healthy, limber and strong. Every Wednesday in May, Cathy will lead us in a 45-minute virtual, chair yoga session. You won’t want to miss this!

What you need:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfy clothes that are easy to move in
  • Sneakers
  • Sturdy chair – no rocking chairs
  • Computer or tablet to get on Zoom

Dates: Wednesday, May 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 11:00-11:45 a.m. ET

These events are free, but you must register in advance. If you can’t attend during the appointed time, register anyway. You will receive a link to view the class on the following Friday.
