Virtual Workshops on Estate Planning with Montana State

Posted on 05/31/21 by The AARP Bulletin

Estate planning is a crucial consideration for older adults, but it can be a stressful, even confusing, endeavor. AARP Montana, in collaboration with Montana State University Extension, aims to ease the process with a series of free virtual workshops.

The goal is to help people make smart decisions about their legacies and their family’s future. The series will run from 10 to 11 a.m., on June 9 and July 14 (Wednesdays).

MSU’s award-winning family economics specialist, Marsha Goetting, will discuss gifts, bequests and using trusts for estate planning. Register at states.aarp.org/montana/wednesdaywisdom.

Those who miss the live events can view replays at a later time on the same web page.
