February is all about love, including self-care. So show yourself some love this month and enjoy our FREE, online Tai Chi and brain health classes!

Join us on Wednesday, February 15 at 12 p.m. or 6 p.m. ET.

In this class, you'll learn about ways to support brain health. Then, an instructor will lead you through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture, inner peace and aim to reduce stress.
