Local Virtual Events

LA Soul Steppers: Tuesday, July 13 and 27 at 6 am Keep your body and mind active! Join the Los Angeles Soul Steppers for an hour of physical activity from the comfort of your own home. Coach Erich Nall will guide you through stretching and stepping techniques.  Learn more and register HERE.

Tea & Coffee Tuesdays: Tuesday, July 13 at 9 am   This summer, enjoy your favorite dishes with a healthy twist! Join Tea & Coffee Tuesdays for a virtual conversation with Nutrition Educator T’ara Smith about Summer Eating recipes that are healthy and delightful. Click HERE to register today.
