AARP New York, along with IndoRican Dance, is proud to present FREE and FUN virtual fitness classes for AARP members and guests! IndoRican Fitness will provide fitness classes meant to promote health and well-being - at all levels. Join us for an instructor-led 1-hour Zoom session that includes exercises around Stretch & Alignment, Cardio Fitness, or Balance Bootcamp.
Advanced registration is required to participate. Registrants will be sent details by email before the date of the program. You are welcome to register for one or all our classes! You do not have to be an AARP member to register.

Cardio Fit - This class combines stretching, weight work, cardio, and mat work at a higher functioning pace. No rhythm? No problem!
Balance Bootcamp - A fun class where patrons work individually and in teams to improve body balance, stability, and agility.
Stretch and Alignment - This class is designed to realign the skeletal system while gently toning and elongating muscles.
REMEMBER: This event is virtual. Guests will receive a Zoom link with registration.
