The long New England winter may be waning, but you may still be feeling cooped up and isolated because of the coronavirus pandemic.

AARP New Hampshire is offering a robust lineup of free virtual programs to enjoy from the safety of home to help you stay active and socially connected.

The state office is teaming up with community groups and organizations to offer up to a dozen virtual programs each month, designed to be engaging, educational and fun.

Looking to master new culinary skills? Sign up for a virtual cooking demonstration. Feeling stressed out? Stretch with a virtual yoga class.

You can also find expert advice on caregiving, fraud prevention and scams, staying healthy and more while learning about AARP’s national programs.

Although topics are geared to the interests of people 50 and older, all are welcome. Due to COVID-19, these programs are currently being offered online only.

Classes will be livestreamed, and some will be posted afterward on social media.

Registration is required for all classes. To learn more, visit aarp.org/nh or go to Events at the AARP New Hampshire Facebook page, at facebook.com/aarpnh,  or email nhaarp@aarp.org
