Welcome 2021! The New Year symbolizes a fresh start for many people, turning the page on accumulated bad habits and resolving to leave them in the year behind.  

For some, this may mean setting health-inspired goals, such as losing weight, following a healthier diet, and establishing an exercise routine. Getting started is often easy, but sticking with it can pose more of a challenge.
